نحن في Brands' Gravity نحترم خصوصية عملائنا، ونلتزم بحماية البيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها عند زيارة موقعنا الإلكتروني أو إنشاء طلب أو استخدام خدماتنا.

2. بيانات الدفع الإلكتروني

عند اختيار الدفع الإلكتروني، تتم معالجة عملية الدفع من خلال بوابة الدفع الإلكتروني Paymob.

قد يُطلب من العميل إدخال بعض بيانات الدفع، مثل بيانات البطاقة البنكية أو المحفظة الإلكترونية، داخل صفحة الدفع الآمنة التابعة لمقدم خدمة الدفع.

لا نقوم عن قصد بجمع أو تخزين بيانات البطاقة البنكية الكاملة، مثل رقم البطاقة بالكامل أو رمز الأمان CVV، على خوادم موقعنا. وتتم معالجة بيانات الدفع بواسطة Paymob وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية ومعايير الأمان الخاصة بها.

قد نستلم من Paymob معلومات محدودة متعلقة بالمعاملة، مثل:

• رقم العملية.

• قيمة العملية.

• حالة الدفع.

• تاريخ ووقت العملية.

• وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

• رقم الطلب المرتبط بالعملية.

تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتأكيد الدفع وتنفيذ الطلب والتعامل مع عمليات الاسترجاع أو النزاعات عند الحاجة.

3. كيفية استخدام البيانات

نستخدم البيانات التي يتم جمعها للأغراض التالية:

• تسجيل الطلبات وتنفيذها.

• تأكيد عمليات الدفع.

• التواصل مع العميل بخصوص الطلب.

• توصيل المنتجات أو تقديم الخدمات.

تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة أو تنفيذ الطلب.

5. حماية وسرية المعلومات

نتخذ إجراءات فنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بيانات العملاء من:

• الوصول غير المصرح به.

• الاستخدام غير المشروع.

• التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به.

• الفقد أو التلف.

ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية يمكن ضمان أمانها بنسبة 100%، ولذلك نعمل باستمرار على تطبيق إجراءات الحماية المناسبة وتقليل المخاطر قدر الإمكان.
